ABSTRACT

Constructing a confidence interval using a formula is typically an easy task for students when they are given the necessary ingredient. Although understanding how to interpret the confidence interval and what the confidence interval means often remains a complex mystery to students. This paper outlines how to integrate many of the applets on StatCrunch to build an understanding of confidence intervals and how to interpret them.
