ABSTRACT

The TI-89 enables one to write neat programs to supplement a course in elementary number theory. Explore such ideas as Goldbach's conjecture, twin primes, the Collatz problem, Mersenne primes, prime decades, and recursive sequences with easily written user defined functions. Technology serves as an additional epresentation to view the mathematics.
