ABSTRACT

Computer Algebra Systems (CAS) have the potential to restructure and reform the mathematics that is learned at the undergraduate level. In a review of the literature, this paper addresses important questions from the perspective of three important strands of research: subject matter, student learning, and mathematics curriculum.
