ABSTRACT

The NSF-funded project introduced a web-based curriculum in the developmental algebra courses at a regional university and researched the effectiveness of the curriculum. Pass rates and success rates in subsequent math courses of two student-groups (old curriculum vs. new curriculum) were compared. Students' attitudes and behavioral patterns were also investigated.
