ABSTRACT

Graphing calculators ushered in a new era of handheld accessibility to powerful technology. Since their introduction twenty years ago, graphing calculators have evolved incrementally in terms of functionality. The newest generation of devices, such as the TI-Nspire, offer a new opportunity to create microworlds through dynamic linkages of mathematical objects.
