ABSTRACT

Excel can be used to find solutions to linear programming problems in business and engineering. Excel has built-in features, like Solver, to solve optimization problems, among other things. There are other built-in tools in Excel, like vBA (visual Basic for Applications), which can be used to solve optimization problems.
