ABSTRACT

Technology is too often used as a 'black box' when doing tasks such as producing a line of fit, producing an interpolating polynomial or finding what window domain is large enough to show all roots and turning points of a polynomial. Using accessible 'traditional' mathematics, teachers can help students use the technology with greater understanding.
