ABSTRACT
The Maricopa County Community College District was awarded a two-year planning grant by NSF to work on curriculum reform. We have targeted the 'before-calculus' courses in this project. We will share our thoughts on what should be in a required, college-level mathematics curriculum. We would also like to talk to our colleagues about what they see as necessary. We plan to share what we have done to this point and what our plans are for the future.Keyword(s): calculus, precalculus
