ABSTRACT

Students can create animations on calculators like the TI-89 and TI-92. This presentation will demonstrate animations that illustrate the epsilon-delta definition of the limit, Taylor Series, conic sections, and polar coordinates. Minority and women students at Manhattan Community College have used animated calculus presentations to win NSF awards and fellowships.
