ABSTRACT

Using clips from the BBC series The Story of Maths by Professor Marcus du Sautoy, students from a second-semester content course for preservice elementary and middle school teachers in New Mexico worked with pupils from a high school in Italy to learn about and explore the historical underpinnings of mathematics.
