The goal of this work is to consider a Bayesian method for simultaneous estimation of finite population means for several strata. A model-based approach is taken, where the covariates in the super-population model are subject to measurement errors. Empirical Bayes (EB) estimators of the strata means are developed and asymptotic expansion of the MSE of the vector of EB estimators is provided. We analyze a real data and compare the EB estimator with some existing standard estimators. A simulation is further conducted to study the EB estimator in comparison to these standard estimators.
